Church-Wide Ministries

Christian Education

We offer educational opportunities for all ages. Join us Sunday mornings at 9:15 throughout the school year. We also have a library that provides a wide variety of materials for additional studies and for your reading pleasure.

Evangelism

If you are looking to make an impact on your church family and our community this is the committee for you. Join and/or support them as they collect items for the Little Free Food Pantry, Trunk or Treat, Back to School and so much more.

Finance

A church is a business, and like any other, managing monetary resources intelligently is needed for congregations to grow and thrive.

Holy Trinity Lutheran Church Foundation

We have been blessed by so many who have given generously to create and sustain this fund. By utilizing these resources for the glory of God and the betterment of His creation, monies are available for churchwide projects brought before the committee as well as needs within our community.

Hospitality

A church family isn’t a family without breaking bread together. Of course, when our church family gathers for a meal there is so much more than bread. Nothing beats a church carry-in meal. This group also coordinates Sunday after-worship snacks, Lent and Advent soup suppers, and funeral dinners.

Little Free Food Pantry

Our Little Free Food Pantry is restocked thrice a week and available to all our neighbors and friends in need. To help keep our Little Free Food Pantry stocked we collect canned and dry goods anytime, but especially the fourth Sunday of the month.

Property

Building maintenance is a priority to keep our worship space in order. Volunteers are needed for various tasks. This also includes those who can assist in lawn and garden maintenance.

Stewardship

Being good stewards and utilizing the gifts God has given brings us together for the betterment of all. It is up to all of us to join in the obligation to sustain and grow our church family.

Worship and Music

Worship services don’t just happen. There is much thought and preparation given to make the experience meaningful. Special music as well as the worship space are thoughtfully prepared each week.

Faith Formation

Bible lessons, projects and fun are happening every Sunday morning throughout the school year beginning at 9:15 am.

Vacation Bible School

When it’s summertime faith formation doesn’t end just because Sunday school is out for the season. Vacation Bible School is a great way to continue learning about God and his kingdom.

Trunk or Treat

All Hallows Eve brings out decorated cars and lots of treats. And, to make sure the kids get more than sweets, we also provide hot dogs and chips! Yum!

Dorcas Quilters

It doesn’t matter if you can sew or not. This fun-loving group has plenty for everyone to do from cutting, sorting, designing, ironing, knotting, and of course sewing. This group gathers regularly on the second Thursday of the month from 9 am to 2 pm in Luther Hall.

Lutheran Church Women

A special time for gathering, learning, and working on projects together for the betterment of ourselves, our church family, and our community.

Women's Bible Study

Members and non-members gather to study God’s word while enjoying each other's company. Topics are selected by the group for each study. Join us Mondays at 7 pm in Hobby Library. Our latest study will be on 1 & 2 Timothy and Titus.

Remember this: Whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows generously will also reap generously. Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.
